VG-EC, paddle headstock with silkscreened script "Gibson", adjustable truss rod, ivoroid-bound carved spruce top with ivoroid-bound oval soundhole, dark brown finish, repro adjustable bridge, pickguard missing, "The Gibson" tailpiece cover, one small filled screw hole in back of headstock, rare model, with OHSC (replacement handle, worn with some duct tape, and marked "WARRENS PENNSYLVANIA PLAY BOYS" on the top)
