Description

Excellent condition, repaired tuner crack on the peghead. Black top finish and a brownish back and sides. The hand painted gold logo on the pgehead is original Gibson factory work. Original Gibson label inside. Tuners, bridge and tailpiece are original. Shows some playing wear as well as a few nicks and dings, but overall a nice solid mandolin. Looks like the back seam was repaired but the label is not split, so that line may just be in the finish. The mandolin was whacked pretty good on the peghead at some point, as you can see that the side of the peghead was sheared off. Its a good stable repair with a long contact line for the glue. Still, this will drop the value. Plays easy with the great round hole tone.
