Very clean. "F.W.J" engraved on tailpiece cover in same script/engraving style as "The Gibson" (initials of the original owner). Original purple-stamped hang-tag with $250 price is with the mandolin. Wide sunburst area on back with orange/yellow color. Tuner plates in very clean/uncorroded condition. Great tone and volume. Missing one tuner button screw
