Description

One repaired top crack (under pickguard), sunburst finish, bound spruce top, maple (bound) back and sides, 2 point body, oval soundhole, fancy double rope pattern with ivoroid center rosette, 2-piece neck with center strip, 24 fret (ivoroid) bound ebony fretboard, pearl dot inlays, "The Gibson" etched on the tailpiece cover and inlaid (pearl) on the headstock, double flowerpot inlay on headstock, 4-in-line tuners with handel inlaid buttons, compensated adjustable bridge, tortoise plastic pickguard, 1-1/8" nut, 14" scale

DB: Handel tuners must be replacements, this vintage would normally have plain ones. Unusual peghead inlay, "The Gibson" is very low and off-center
