Description

One repaired top crack, red sunburst carved spruce top with oval soundhole, red-stained maple sides and carved back, paddle peghead, abalone & pearl fleur-de-lis and pearl "The Gibson" inlays in headstock, 24-fret ebony fingerboard with pearl dot inlays, 2-piece mahogany neck with dark center strip joins body at 10th fret, ivoroid-bound top, back, fretboard and soundhole, 4-on-a-plate open-gear tuners with ivoroid buttons, rusted "The Gibson" tailpiece, 14" scale, 1-7/16" nut width, 1-7/8" body depth, 10-1/4" body width, missing pickguard, fixed ebony bridge, there has been some finish touchup on the back of the instrument near the heel and possibly some on the back of the neck, the instrument has also been cleaned and buffed by our shop, very nice players instrument, with shaped OHSC (purple lining)
