Description

Very good condition. If you are looking for a scroll F4 to play - that is, if making music and not collecting is your priority - here is a very good deal on a Gibson F4. It has a true red sunburst, spectacular flamey woods on the back and sides, one piece back, pearl double flowerpot logo, bound top and back, and a bound ebony fingerboard with treble extension. Tuners are changed, has a Dan Smith Loar copy bridge, and it is missing the pickguard. The finish is original but it has been oversprayed, which has resulted in some finish checking on the top and back. Sounds good though with a nice round sound, lots of wood, and good volume. Neck is straight, neck angle is good and the frets show very little wear.
