Finished recording in Nashville, sent Jack home with the Loar, and picked up a nice old 3-point Gibson F2 at Gruhn's.

Work is proceeding on the recording. I'll be in Nashville this summer recording a few tracks with Tim O'Brien. I've also mucked about with some video recordings, so if you have the Divx Codec, you can watch a couple of them:

Midnight on the Water / Bonaparte's Retreat (10Mb)
Ragtime Annie (5.2Mb)

The other half of the news is that I'm borrowing a really nice Mandolin from a very kind patron. I'll spill the beans on that soon :)

I've started preliminary work on the next CD, hopefully to be recorded in August, and to include a lot more mandolin.

Added a sound clip on the track list page, and an mpeg movie clip from the release party. This might not last long up here, it's 40Mb and I'll have to yank it if the traffic gets too high!
